Mine arrived 9/3/10 in North Texas. Great pictures of Texas Hill Country, Congratulations Cherokee Chapter and Steve Slocombe. Southern National looks like a success. Liked H-D RR250, they seem to be everywhere , I saw one on display in May in Northern Ireland.

I'm a new member and just received my first issue, as well. The Basket-Case Essay Contest covered in the Young Riders section is a great idea. "Good job" to Matt Olsen and Ryan Mackey and the huge list of sponsors at the end of the article.AMCA# 17486

Received mine today, Tues the 7th out West in SF. I did manage to get a sneak preview at D'port though. We had an in-depth discussion with the Editors of our mag, and they have really dug into the mysteries of the varied reception of the mailings. They assure us that the magazines are all sent from the printer at the same time to the US Postal Service, as any other method would cost us more. So they all hit the US Mail at the same time. From there, well, it's in the mail!

Fred, I hear you loud and clear but the fact remains that at least 2-3 of us here in Maine that I'm aware of (and probably many others in different states) got our last issue 30+ days after others reported getting theirs. That's just not right. I suggested but never heard anything back from Gregg that maybe we could offer members a First Class mail option, or whatever the other magazines use as I never have this problem with other national magazines. Personally, I'd pay an extra $5. for my membership if I received the magazine on a timely basis, not 30 days after most others.AMCA 15783
