Maine delivery
Originally posted by Northwoods_Maine View PostFred, I hear you loud and clear but the fact remains that at least 2-3 of us here in Maine that I'm aware of (and probably many others in different states) got our last issue 30+ days after others reported getting theirs. That's just not right. I suggested but never heard anything back from Gregg that maybe we could offer members a First Class mail option, or whatever the other magazines use as I never have this problem with other national magazines. Personally, I'd pay an extra $5. for my membership if I received the magazine on a timely basis, not 30 days after most others.
A first class mailing offering MAY be offered in the future; but all the US Postal Service offered was a mailing time that was "sooner" than the existing. We're all a victim of the mail here.

I quickly skimmed mine yesterday,
and was delighted to find yet another landmark work by Herbert Wagner.
He has truly raised the bar for quality research and historical journalism.
But then I read but just the first column of another article,
and was appalled.
This issue delivers both the very best, and the worst that I can recall.
