Eustis meet

I like the Eustis meet. Small but nice and it is the weekend before Bikeweek in Daytona so most people go to Daytona after Eustis. There are motels in Mount Dora and others near Eustis. Camping not allowed on Eustice fairgrounds but Vendors are allow to "Stay and watch over their Goods". Motels are pricey in Daytona but there are campgrounds close by. I have been going since the start and will be there this Thursday.

I liked the meet better when it was at HoJo's in Winter Garden. Seems like it drew more people on their way to Daytona. In Eustis they have it fenced to keep the gator's out.

I was at Eustis on Friday. Weather was fantastic and there seemed to be a lot of commerce going on. Real good vibes too; everyone seemed to be feeling good and happy to see old friends. Lots of bikes and lots of parts. Unfortunately I had to get back home but the weather mavens said it was suppose to rain and get cold on Saturday. I hope they were wrong and the nice weather continued. It will be interesting to hear about the board meeting.

Fremont, Neb

Great meet in Fremont Neb! Great boredom-buster with timely re-charging of the ambitions! All indoors, weather not bad, good parts shopping, plenty of professor-types present. Size reminds me of Eustis. I have a feeling it could be bigger, but I love it just the way it is, like it was in Kennard, or Underwood. Came home smilin"!!

Well; I guess everyone wasn't happy. Sounds like the board meeting should have been in a boxing ring.

Eric, I couldn't find you and I had something for you. Yes it was Cold and Raining Saturday till about 4:00.....but still fun. We had a nice (cooking) fire Saturday night and when we woke Sunday it was Beautiful!
