This new Carolwood-Indian incarnation now faces a do-or-die situation to survive in another motorcycle industry contraction environment. What strategy are they dreaming up? It better be good. Indian sales are down like 30% since 2021. Their only hope seems to be increased market share. That means taking on Harley-Davidson head-to-head.
