whats the story with this?
it appears to be wired like a coil???


i took this picture out at bonneville and the bike was also at davenport
but i have no clue which business card corressponds to the bike as I kept missin the guy who built it everytime i was at their booth!!!


any info would be great!

Hi Dave, how goes it.

Just a guess here. Looks like a coil (fancy wierd looking coil) with a solid state electronic ignition module wrapped around it. Well, the heat sink that is.

when did they make them???

its obviously not a mag, so whats the story

I think some guys put stuff (lables) on the mod bikes to dazz and confuse others for fun.

Case in point the "JohnDeer" motorcycle. All in good fun.

Maybe contact someone in the guys chapter to see if you can get more info on the device.

A google search on "judson magneto" turned up lots of hits, including this page with details on one for a VW. Also there is one on eBay right now ... Perry
