I'm still alive. Will get on it this week. Sorry for delay. Yes, I'm very busy.

Any preferences? I was thinking of just creating a PDF file with all pages that people could download. I think that would be the simplest solution.

              I also have this book

Yes, this book has also found its way to me here in Norway. I am looking forward to be able to download the missing parts of the book as a pdf.

Also a big thank you to Jerry Hatfield that makes a book like this come true.

This is great. Thanks to the AMCA and M. Hatefield for making this possible. I look forward to the missing sections. This book is a great read which I highly recommend. It's on my bedtable and I flip through it all the time!

                  Hi Jerry,
How is the production of the missing sections of the book coming? I'm looking forward to reading them - especially the section on Yale.

Paul Edwards, web site administrator, input the missing Word Perfect text and captions into Microsoft Word. I reviewed this material for basic accuracy, and eliminated spurious commands (like extra spaces) that resulted when switching over from my original Word Perfect document. I returned the Microsoft Word text and captions to Paul on November 30. I should add that I held the material for quite awhile as I've been giving my priority to my Rollie Free biography. Paul will proceed when he finds some spare time (is there such a thing?) in this holiday season.
