No, it isn't. It is a '41-'46 type face, and appears to have been a civilian black face/chrome bezel type. See if the case has a code on the back.Robbie Knight Amca #2736 -

47 is a one year only unit.
Notice the slits for the lighting are offset and not centered as earlier units were.
