The tool appears to have been originally supplied with a ring for carry on a keychain. I've never seen one but my guess is it is a factory accessory adjustment tool, or an access tool. Like adjusting a windshield or removing a seat. The Bondhus type driver makes it pretty modern, and the size makes it something low torque and easy access.Robbie Knight Amca #2736
