Does anyone know the name of Mr. Forge?

Just a thought... but was he a romantic interest for Ms. Forge? Because the non-verbal cues might indicate that as an option....

    Cheers,

    Sirhr

        Really neat!

Thanks, Chris, for posting. These historical gems are part of the fun of old motorcycles and the personalities that made them special. I am glad you got an answer as this sort of thing really does contribute to the fun of the hobby.

        Cheers,

        Sirhr

Too bad I didn't get his name before the book went to the printer.

Chris it's a good thing you didn't identify him before it went to print - it's NOT Bill Knuth.
The photo has been reviewed by folks who actually knew Bill and it's not him...

Yet others who knew him say it is him. I don't know who is right or wrong.
