The "Harley Owners Group", the biggest motorcycle club in America, maybe even the world, hasn't found any members that have Progressive Insurance since the word got out about Progressive ’ s communist affiliations. Their association with George Soros , alone, should bring chills up your back. Oh, you don't know who George Soros is? He finances the Obama progressive affiliations.


Progressive Insurance....Who are they? You've seen and probably smiled at the clever Progressive Insurance TV commercials. Well, as Paul Harvey would say, "You're about to learn the rest of the story".

You know their TV commercials, the ones featuring the ditsy actress all dressed in white. What you might not know is that the Chairman of Progressive is Peter Lewis, one of the major funders of leftist causes in America ..


Between 2001 and 2003, Lewis funneled $15 million to the ACLU, the group most responsible for destroying what's left of Americas Judeo-Christian heritage.


Lewis also gave $12.5 million to MoveOn.org http://moveon.org/ and America Coming Together, two key propaganda arms of the socialist left.
His funding for these groups was conditional on matching contributions from George Soros, the America-hating socialist who is the chief financier of the Obama political machine.

Lewis made a fortune as a result of capitalism, but now finances a progressive movement that threatens to destroy the American free enterprise system that is targeting television shows on Fox News. Peter Lewis is making a fortune off of conservative Americans (who buy his auto insurance) that he then applies to dismantle the very system that made him wealthy. He's banking on no one finding out who he is, so STOP buying Progressive Insurance and pass this information on to all your friends. Chairman Lewis' gift helps the ACLU promote their anti-Christmas agenda such as:



§ Removing nativity scenes from public property



§ Banning songs such as Silent Night from schools



§ Refusing to allow students to write about the Christian aspect of Christmas in school projects



§ Renaming Christmas break Winter break

Right on! I learned most of what you posted about them around three years ago. Unfortunately unless people pay attention to whats really going on in the country by doing their own fact finding, they get sucked right in by the clever commercials. Unfortunately thanks to our colleges and universities, America has been and is being dumbed down by more than just organizations like the ACLU. The foundations that built and made this country the greatest on earth are systematically being run over and covered up. Regradless of political affiliation that should make any true American Stand Up and say enough.

Ditto. When I cancelled my Progressive car insurance a few years back, they emailed a "sorry-to-see-you-go" survey. Without going into much detail, I mentioned that I did not appreciate their donations to the present administration and their support of the so-called health care plan. They replied with a fairly lengthy email explaining that the "the company" did not support "him" or the plan, but the owner of the company did.

I learned of Progressives (their name says it all) agenda 5 or so years ago when shopping for insurance and never considered them again and let those I know who had Progressive as well and they dropped them as well. Vote with your wallet and it has a bigger impact than the ballot box. They won't be in any danger of going out of business any time soon but if you can hurt them in the wallet at least you will feel better that you have done something to help stop them.

Progressive is known to screw Harley owners after an accident.I have told customers not to trust them .My customers that used them and were in wrecks,were suprised at how little they got towards repairing thier prized possesion.The first thing they do is put it up for sale on Ebay to see how much they can get for the wreck....and how much they can screw thier customers.This has happened to customers that were hit by drivers that did not have Progressive,and Progressive when told of the wreck ,put the bike up for sale even though they really were not involved,and then told the insurers of the people that hit thier customers how to screw them...this has happened to every customer of mine that had Progressive and was in a wreck....none of them caused the wreck

Unless you expect to fall down on your own, why buy anything more than minimum liability as required by law to license it?

In the event that you are hit, as I was by a little old lady from behind, you still will be required to prove the value of the machine after the fact, even to your own insurer!

Government is rancid, and the insurance industry is rotten.
And we then expect the legal profession to clean it up?

I'll tell you why Tom, I just got dumped because I'm in storm Sandy land. Upon signing up with a new insurer I had to take a half a million in liability to get one million in uninsured motorist. I could care less about liability. Half the home boys here are driving without insurance. You get T boned with a crushed leg, you could go though 100K or more just in specialists in the emergency room. Who's going to pay for it? Your savings? Your house? Top insurance is crucial. I got more out of my wrecked Knuckle, and kept it, than I was awarded for a crushed foot, pain and suffering to this day, lost wages, etc., etc.

I guess if you can afford to play the game, it pays off.
But isn't it placing a bet against yourself?

Geez, isn't that just what caused the latest bubble busts and economic crashes?
Wish I could play, honest.
But my resources must be saved to go to court Sept. 9, for digging in the wrong dumpster.

If some bimbo blond that's half wreaked with no insurance T bones you, there is no pay off unless you have fire, theft and coalition but that's not going to cover your body! Screw the bike! Your health insurance according to the way it is written could be very limited. My take is that if your riding a motorcycle without a minimum of one million in uninsured motorist, put the bike back in the shed. You are playing with fire. Nobody thinks about this **** until your wife is going nuts with insurance companies trying to get you the best care but they keep asking, who's paying while your laying in a coma. (Final analysis: Both partys had insurance, but I had the wrong 'big law office' lawyer. His office still advertises on local TV, two decades later! If a "pro" has to advertise, it should be the first warning sign.)

If insurance makes you sleep better, by all means throw your money at it.
But you better save an extra pile to burn for the litigation, years later, anyway.

Well Chris, as a observer from the east of the Mississippi, not knowing you and only being fed information from the way CA votes in elections, the big vomit Nancy P., and the Hollywood liberal circus and their view point, I am happy to guess that you are at least one with a conservative view point in that state. And I'm sorry Filibuster but when George Soros is mentioned it does become very political IMHO. I think the fences are being built over our modern issues just like the old 'fences' were built to represent the Mason Dixon line in previous times, just different times-different issues.
