Indeed, you are correct, probably late 28 or 29 4, my mistake!!. I saw the round bulge on the left side and thought it was the horn. Don't know how I missed the locking clutch pedal! So where IS the horn on the 4 in your poster? 28,29 and 30 Chief and Scout had the horn mounted on the left frame down tube. The 402 brochure shows it mounted right in front of the generator but it almost looks like this bike doesn't have the horn mounted. Tough to tell, but it looks like the cap of the DU-7 generator
