Even though it's a drawing, the top image sidecar rider looks a lot like a Harley family member. There was a Bill Harley, Jr. who began riding around this time.

I found the image and "fixed" the chopped off top of the page with my own design of the HARELY-DAVIDSON name since I didn't have the same font, but it looks pretty good.
