JoJo, I'm pretty sure the only original hard copies of the book went to immediate friends and family and you're right, I think you'd be hard pressed to find one. However, as you probably already know his son Ken posted most, if not all, of the biography online. I downloaded all the posts from Ken and compiled them into a "book". I can share a pdf copy with you if you'd like. PM me if you want.

JoJo, I'm pretty sure the only original hard copies of the book went to immediate friends and family and you're right, I think you'd be hard pressed to find one. That's a good idea JoJo. I don't think I can just post the pdf as it's quite large with lots of stories and pictures, but I'll start a new thread and put up bits and pieces as I have time.
