Picture #1670 has Berlin registration plate. Picture 1674 shows the one-year 1933 Harley paint job on the nearest machine.

Now that I'm messing with an Indian Scout, I notice things. I've seen the above pic of Ed Kretz, (#1684) many times over the years and never noticed that he is running clincher rims and tires on his race bike. Obviously, clincher tires were a lot better in those days, despite being obsolete.

Thanks for pointing that out Eric. I totally missed it and I looked at that picture pretty close when BLB posted it this morning.
Do either of your fella's know where and when the picture was taken?

Picture #1683 again shows on the Servicar the one-year 1933 Harley paint scheme, which looks like the Silver and Turquoise combination. Just 182 Servis were built that model year.

The Indian Tri-car in #1677. I have no further information but, see why it was not popular: "The Springfield/Chicopee divorce" .
                        Impressive engineering though.

The picture was taken in 1937 at the inaugural Daytona beach race, which (of course) Ed Kretz won.

Now that you mention it Eric,...

The tool bag and rear stand surprise me.
