I met Carl quite a few years ago when I lived in Orlando. He was an entertaining fellow, loved Indians, and our deals were always fair and equitable. I remember him as being a live wire and always on the go. As Keith said, Carl was an active, and enthusiastic AMCA, and Sunshine club member. My deepest condolences to his wife, daughters, family and friends. I hadn't seen Carl in years, but I will miss him.
