1941 Sport Scout headbolt washers,wire loom

Hi,Trying to figure out which headbolt washers I should use,taper or thick non-taper and is the wire loom along frame made as a woven loom type or an asphalt loom?

The main wiring harness was loomed in material, or fabric. Rubber hose formed the conduit at the handlebars, to behind the fork shield.
Tapered head bolt washers phased out in '39, so you should have the thick, NON-tapered for your '41.
