      That is a mid sixties Gorton Pantograph. I am by Trade an Injection Mold Engraver, basically the Master of a dead art. Almost all I engrave these days are Shifter Knobs! Thankfully there is still a market for Quality U.S.A. made steel stamps!

            Congratulations!! Do you have any pictures of you riding the wall? Sure do love watching guys ride the Wall. I remember seeing it for the first time back in the 70's at a local Carnival. Great stuff! I don't get to see it anymore... Last time I did see it was at the Harmony NJ AMCA meet quite a few years ago now.
