Ok guys, I know its not for a 1939 Scout or Chief. Anyone have any idea? I need to replace it with a correct right hand shift. On this particular shifter is a bell crank on it with some woodruff keys on it as well to hold it in place besides the bolt.

On a correct shifter it would have a little lip thats part of the actual shifter too keep it from pushing up onto the tank. As you can see here this has a bell crank on it that did this. Can anyone tell me what this was for or maybe year?
I need to sell it and replace it with the correct right hand shifter.
