interstate agm battery

i was thinking of upgrading me battery in my scout to an interstate agm battery ,has anyone used these on a scout with a generator thanks jerry

Lead/acid batteries (original style) tend to tolerate various charging rates and charging voltages better than modern batteries. If you are going to consider a modern style battery (non-lead/acid), you should probably consider running a solid-state regulator, which controls voltage better than the third brush style original generator.
