I have recently ran across a lower end that appears to be Indian Scout but I am not sure. Flywheels outside measure 7 3/4" and stroke is 3 1/2". Rods look to be Scout but the pinion is what gets me. No casting numbers on flywheels just a stamped in number 35C 440. Could this be a 741?? The first photo is a known Scout flywheel with cast " Z " .
