Modern Tire Recommendation for 1927 Indian Scout

Hi all,
I have a 1927 Indian Scout that has Drop center rims on it.
What would be a good tire to use?

Hi Tom, it's Tom here :-) I have Cheng shins on mine and like them 3.50 19s but they are no longer being made I believe. I have Avon's on my Henderson and like them a lot, you might try them. I have Metzlers on my Sport Scout, dont look correct but are nice. You might see some Cheng shins at the swap meets ?, they last along time :-)Good luck.

I use Coker's ANS Firestones. They wear like iron ( unusual for Coker's I know) and have an old style tread pattern.
