I have a 1940 640 Scout that I need a taillight for. The problem I have no idea what it might look like. Anybody have a picture of one or better yet a taillight that they would sell?

Hi,
I don't have any 640 Scout taillights for sale, but here are some various pictures of them. One of the taillights served as the regular service taillight/brake light and the other one served as the black-out taillight/brake light (I think). Many of the 640 Scouts that survived the war have been 'civilianized' and the regular production taillights have been lost. I'm not sure but the taillights for the 741 Scout or 344 military Chief may interchange. Early 340 military Chiefs did not run black-out lights, but later ones did, and they might also interchange with the 640 Scout.
