Sport Scout heat on Magneto

Has the location of the mag on the Sport Scout been a problem
since it is subjected to so much heat??

Not that I know of Tom, as long has the mag is ok to begin with. They run cooler than my earlier Scout and it has a mag also. My Henderson too with no issues. Good luck, I love Sport Scout's - mine as been a great machine!
