What's a decent shape 101 scout front end and frame worth?

Got a chance to buy a 1929 101 frame and front end in good shape. I want to make a fair offer. Any suggestions?

Prices are all over, I got mine for $4,100. total, good frame and front forks - but different buys from two different people. I thought that was kind of pricey but have seen em sell for quite a bit more. Good luck.
