Sport Scout Instrument Panel

Should the 2 large screws that hold down the panel be phillips or flat head? I suspect flat.

I have phillips on my 40 SS.

There's a special washer under the screw head too.

Mine are philips with the special washer but I have seen some photos of chiefs with flat heads. I guess I will keep the phillips. Thanks!
