My Iron Redskin (Sucher) says of the 1932 model Motoplanes, on page 233, ... "Only one color finish was specified as standard, the machine being all black except for a Chinese red fuel and oil tank with the Indian script in gold lettering, outlined with a single gold stripe." .... The Pony was a subsequently a Motoplane with 30 c.i. barrels, also developed in 1932. .. and on page 238: "The Pony Scout and Motoplane were continued for 1933, along with the larger twins and fours of the previous year, which were essentially unchanged in design and detail finish."Originally posted by retiredsfcroy View Post
