  • Indian Scout Parts?

    Hello all,
I found these cylinders, pistons and rods last weekend and wanted to post to see if anyone knew the numbers embossed on the bases. I measured the cylinders at 2.994" (with rusty sleeves). The numbers appear to be 93051 & 93053. Any ideas?
    Thanks, William #10035

Sure look like 40's. But the 2.99 bore bothers me. That isn't the o.d. of the "sleeve" protruding below the base, is it?

I rechecked and they measured (at the top of the cylinder) 2.878 and 2.900. They are heavy with rust which can skew the measurement.
