has carb,no air cleaner,no title ,just motor ,may buy for display.

Still have no value,owner very hard to deal with,has a couple of odd motors for sale,but gets offended when you try to get idea of what he thinks they are worth.

Hi Ken, That is a tough one. I would make him an offer on what I could afford and see what happens. If you want it bad enough offer him your maximum price and if he accepts it that is great, if he get insulted and says no then nothing ventured nothong lost. Good luck. Mark.
