When Indian Sales Corp was taken over by Brockhouse in the early '50s the marketed a single cylinder model called the Brave. It was not one of the torque engineering designs Made by Indian Manufacturing. Later when Indian Manufacturing ceased production (1953), Indian Sales Corp. continued to market various British made twins and singles as Indians, including Matchless and Royal Enfield. They were also distributors for other bikes such as Vincent. In the '60s Floyd Clymer built a few Indian badged bikes based on Velocette and Royal Enfield again.
