    I can't stand it - here's my 2-cents worth....

It reminds me of the Super-Vee out of California, which was designed in the mid-80's from 1/4th of a 350 Chevrolet. Off set pistons, plain bearing rods, flat top pistons, high pressure oil pump (so the plain bearings live), etc. The Super Vee went through several different iterations and I did not keep up with the changes. A major difference in the two designs is the cylinder angle - the Super Vee has (had?) 90-degree cylinder angles like the Chevy where the S&S has 56-degrees. Cams and drive are obviously different also.

With the offset cylinders, perhaps this is a Vincent for the 21st century?
