It has Pat Pend Dec 3 1912, jan 14 1913 inscripted on the back.

Got this with a stash of parts over 30 years ago, never bothered to determine its pedigree, patents extend from 1910-22. if any. It’s provided pleasant eye candy on a shelf ever since.
