I'm looking for a copy of the service manual for the '49 Indian Arrow. I know nothing about the bike and would like to know how to start, oil, etc.

How about a manual for a 249 model?

The manual for the Arrow (149) and Scout/Warrior (249) is one in the same.

The parts manual is also the same.

None of the upgrades/fixes are addressed in the manuals - these would have been documented separately. And the Warriors and Warrior TT's are also not addressed. However, all of the important components are the same.
