But I've got a box like that (sans clutch) ready for Davenport,

And have no idea what to ask for it!

Yeah, I think the bike was like that vertical posted a long time ago on the Virtual Indian website where a guy stuffed a Sport Scout motor into a vertical frame to make a custom race bike.
I did not know what to tell him about these parts and thought someone might need them for a restoration or at least help identify the forks.

The BSA boxes are good units and easy to upgrade, The Triumph boxes will accept '70s era 5 speed parts though and make a nice custom trans. I have one I built in my '57 Wideline T110 Triton project The Norton though is best of all.
