would someone please tell me how to id / what year early 20,s indian twin. all help GREATLY appreciated. letter designations???

Hi Dewey:
The numbers, letters, etc., are pretty complicated for the twenties. It would probably be easier if you sent me the number of the one you are trying to identify, and I'll nail it down for you. There are different letters for each model for each year.

Pete should be able to help you out. There are several scorces but like he said, it can be a bit complicated. Let us know what you find out. There are not enough people doing 20's stuff!!
