here's a picture of Billy Wolff when he was a soldier in WW1. Shortly before and again after the Great War, Billy became Lincoln, Nebraska's H-D dealer. i don't know the story behind why Billy quit being a H-D dealer sometime before WW2. Dad traded his '27 for a brand new '29. a number of stories in the last 4 sentences, i just don't have the time to type out. a few years ago, the guy who got Billy's Firestone sign, found it in a dumpster along with a trunk with Billy's molded/rotted WW1 uniform and other personal belongings of Billy's. i feel sadness typing the previous sentence. i can no longer find the website the guy had posted finding the sign.
