Front fork and trailing link question

Here is the photo , i will post few more later . I am trying to preserve as much as I can including whatever is left of the paint but however need to inspect for cracks and any other issues . My first question is on the leaf springs , is this correct set up because all the photos of finished bikes I have seen it shows them in descending order from top the longest and moving down for each shorter from top. The setup you are showing in your picture is correct for the front end that you are showing. Hope this helps. Smitty
