Frame bent 1933

I have this frame 1933 chief that rear tube looks off. Can some one give direction to measure or line it up. The right side seam to kick in .I have nothing to compare to .

for dimensions you can use any rigid frame Chief 1932-39 as well as Standard Scout 1932-37. The only difference in the rear end should be a change in the right rear casting in mid 1934 that does not affect the the dimensions.

Please specify more detailed what mesurements you need.

I could mesure my 1936 Chief frame when I find time to.

Wheel is around 3/4 " offset to the left of seat post.Back wheel has no speedo drive but many spacer washer. Looking at right lower tube were it start to kick up,i measure < 8.5"and it is bent inward at that point .Should't the tubes be parallel to each other. Can you please give me some measure between tubes also rear axle plates. PS. no rush for this, look like i will have to tear down to put it on table. Thank you Yvon
