Changing out clinchers for safety rims for '14 Indian???

Hi All. I'm #39 on the Cannonball this year on a '14 Indian 2 speed. I don't want to ride with clincher rims and tires for the obvious safety considerations like eating pavement! Can someone help us find safety rims and tires that will work with our bike??? Thanks. Linda
