1917 Power Plus Twin Basket Case...

I may have a chance to acquire one. All there, supposedly. Taken apart in the '70's. I have not seen it.

Anyone have an idea of value or what is a fair price?

Would love to own the machine and get it back on the road. But also don't want to take on the chin... Any thoughts?
