The oil pan I want to use on my 36 has a what looks like a 3/4 pipe plug, May be 1in. which is correct as far as I know. The plug is so tight it will not move. I have tried heat with a 3 ft cheeter bar. I need to be careful I don't want to melt my pan. It may be galled to the aluminum? What I was wondering is, has anyone experienced this? Stan
