Indian 440 expert in Chicago area

I have a 46 chief but am not at all familiar with the 4's. Does anyone know of someone that could check out a 1940 Indian 4 in the Chicago area?

This is the bike that I'm interested in. The price seems high for an unrestored bike but I'm mostly interested in riding it. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
