Need kicker shaft seal ideas

Can you post some pictures? How is it assembled? Bushed? Post some pix and there is probably a time-tested solution out there.

I have cosidered sealing the kickstarter shaft also. My thinking is that there is enough room to counter bore the shaft housing enough to take a narrow lip seal. The shaft is a standard size and seal dimentions are all listed in the seal books like "National" so it is certaintly doable and a good idea...Joe
