I tore down my 16" wheel to powder coat the hubs & rims and relace the wheels. To my surprise the flange on the rear hub was bent. I made a tool out of an old roller bearing and some hex stock and manage to get most of the bend out of it. I still have about .040 runout.
My question is: would the truing of the rim take care of any runout in the hub flange?
