thought one of you guys could answer quickly for me as I cant find a picture. do the two little bolts that mount the bottom of the rear fender (right behind the bottom of the battery box) face in (so that the nut and washer are on the inside of the fender near the tire) or do they face the battery box (so that the nut and washer are on the outside of the fender). Appreciate an answer. Thanks!
