Does anyone know of a Chief shifter rod longer than 19 inches? A buddy has a 52 and the shift knob is a knee knocker, hard to move the clutch pedal in first. If the rod was 1/4 to 1/2 inch longer the knob would be out of the way I think. If the bike had a bench seat or buddy seat it wouldn't be a problem, but with the solo seat, I can't slide back. Thanks.
