Anyone know of what size bulb will fit a 1937 dash light, Greer's is to big and too tall.

Found problem, wrong base made from shotgun shell brass. -

I can confirm that Dave. I had a boxful nos from Dixie back in the day and they are marked T63 on the brass body. Still have ten left for originality fans out there.Comment

Steve, NOS bulbs are out there. I find them in antique stores, swap meets, flea markets and Ebay. I look for old brands like Tung-Sol, Eveready, GE, Westinghouse and others. There are some imported ones made today but I think the old bulbs are better quality. Bruce Palmer's latest edition (revised) has a list of all the bulbs that fit Harleys with part numbers, trade numbers and their application. Plus a lot of other bulb information.
