Looking for recommendations on paint for a Schebler for a 40 military chief. Should be gas resistant. Prefer air brush or rattle can OK. Help! Thanks, Marty

But its the most fuel-resistant coating I found.

I hate paint.

Model airplane fuel is as digestive as fuel gets.

I was told SIG was endangered by all the balsa being snatched up for wind turbines, so I stocked up.

It is difficult to airbrush as it 'blooms' badly in humid weather, thus the need for the reducer.

PS: I hate any paint I cannot apply with a papertowel, or broom.

Marty, I've had great success with Dupli-color Engine Enamel. Semi-Gloss Black DE1635. Haven't had any issues with the paint coming off with fuel.The can even says resistant to oil and fuels

The formula must have greatly improved, vtwin74!

Have you painted a Linkert (or Schebler) with the modern product, and run a season?
