Can someone recommend where I can purchase the Jerry Hatfield restoration guide? I’d like to learn more about Indian motorcycles.

Likely you can find them on Amazon or Flea Bay. When possible I prefer to keep the money "in the trade" David Hansen owner of The Shop in Ventura California carries it:
