    Repro Chief flywheel shafts

I need some motor shafts and see ebay seller who responded to me that they are Dixie .
Are any of you Indian motor builders familiar with these shafts.Obvious quality concerns are hardness ,correct taper to taper dimension, thread fit etc.
    Thanks

Dixie started selling parts in 47, sales declined in the 80's, Harry died in 2013, there are lots of Dixie parts on ebay and other places.
Dixie parts were used in Indians and Harleys for decades.

      Thanks for reply.
Im aware Superior /Dixie has been around for a long time but never knowingly used any of their shafts. If no old dealer stock I bought from Pierce,Miles ,Stark or kiwi, which may have been reselling Superior, who knows.
      Thanks again

Not too sure about the Indian parts, but their Harley shovelhead rods bent like soft butter while being straightened on the rod alignment stand.
