Ok Just to refresh my ol mind The Splitdorf mag gets timed at full advance just like a distributor Thanks

Yes, set at full advance. Be sure to check the timing on BOTH cylinders!!!!!!! You will find a difference, then you are down to dressing the cam on the points to dial them in so they are the same. Very time consuming process but well worth the trouble!
